Briefly describe your job… what do you really do at EL?
I work to foster strong collaborative relationships with district math, science, and instructional technology leaders laying the groundwork to build broad and successful implementations of ExploreLearning products. I am responsible for monitoring the district level goals of each implementation to help “move the needle” on student growth and achievement.
What do you like about working at EL?
I love making a positive difference in how young people view STEM subjects.
What's the most seriously fun thing you've ever done?
Ziplining over the Atlantic Ocean.
Why is STEM education important, in your personal opinion?
I think the future holds a wide range of career opportunities for young people in STEM fields. STEM education not only prepares young people for these opportunities, but it also naturally fosters problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, and innovation.
