Educators who use ExploreLearning products can have implementation support available to them on demand by joining a worldwide community of teachers. We have three different Virtual Learning Communities (online communities) hosted in private Facebook Groups. Our VLC Specialist, Emily Reichbach, from the Professional Development (PD) team manages these groups. You can find product updates, ask questions, connect with our PD team, and access exclusive resources!

FAQ:
What if I don’t have a Facebook account?
You can create a free Facebook account to join our group. We use Facebook because it is one of the few free platforms for our users to join, and it provides privacy within the group.
What if I don’t want to join using my personal account?
Your personal account information is not linked to your subscription in any way. The group is there for you to interact with as much as you feel comfortable. If you prefer, you can also create a professional account specifically for participating in the group.
What if I’m not comfortable using Facebook?
If you prefer not to join the group because it is hosted on Facebook, that's perfectly fine. You can access additional resources and materials from our public Educator Resource Hub, and our support team is always available to answer your questions.
When I request to join, it asks for my school email address. Why do I need to provide this?
As our groups are exclusively for subscribers, we must verify your account. If you're uncomfortable sharing your email address in the questions, you can email our VLC specialist instead.
What do I do if Facebook is blocked from my school network?
While Facebook might be blocked during school hours, you can still access valuable resources and engage with the community in our Facebook groups at other times. The group is designed to be a fun and supportive community where you can connect with other educators, find product updates, ask questions, and access exclusive resources outside school hours.
